Our Guiding Principles
Product & Sizing
A hard case provides full impact protection with a rigid outer shell — built for travel, touring and stockroom storage. A soft cover protects against dust, light bumps and scratches, and is easier to pack flat. If you fly or move your pan often, a hard case is the right call.
Match the case to your pan type and dimensions. Tenor pans take a 24 1/2″ diameter case; guitar, cello and tenor bass pans take 25 1/2″; the bass pan needs our deeper 35″ skirt case. If you’re not sure, message us with a photo of your pan and we’ll recommend the right fit.
What’s the difference between a Classic, Standing and Trolley case?
- Classic — lay-flat case for storage and short transport
- Standing — converts to a playing stand at 25″–25.5″ height
- Trolley — wheels and telescopic handle for airport/venue navigation
Yes. We’ve built cases for custom pans, hybrid sets and prototype instruments. Send us measurements (diameter and skirt depth at minimum) and we’ll quote a custom build.
Add-Ons & Customization
Depending on the case, you can add: single-side printing (logos, names, band branding), backpack straps for hands-free carry, and an inner pan stand case to store your stand with the pan.
Yes — single-side print is available on most pan cases. We’ll request a vector logo (.AI or .SVG ideal) and confirm sizing before production.
We do. For orders of 4 cases or more (full band kits, school programmes, festival groups) please reach out via the Contact page for wholesale pricing.

Store flat or hanging in a dry, ventilated space. Avoid direct sunlight, damp basements and unventilated containers. For long-term storage, place a silica gel pack inside.
